However, he reported to the training camp only to be seen practicing unusually and awkwardly. Speaking to the press, the Bengals HC said that Burrow’s surgery went well in the offseason. Although his regular play timeline was yet to be decided, he reported to the training camp to be with his teammates.

Moreover, the video of his awkward and hilarious training is making a whirlwind on social media.

The defending AFC champs open the regular season at home on 11th September. They play against AFC North rivals Pittsburgh Steelers.

Although there is still time in the regular season game, there is no official news about Burrow’s return in the pre-season game. The Bengals play against the Arizona Cardinals on 12th August and Burrow might not recover until then. On the contrary, his latest video of being present at the training camp is generating a hilarious buzz.

How was Joe Burrow training at the camp after his surgery?

In the video, Burrow joins the rest of the team in their sprinting drill.

Although the rest of the players are sprinting from the starting to the end point, Burrow is doing wind sprints in his golf cart.

Quite unusual, but it’s surely giving his fans and spectators a big laugh. The Bengals‘ QB wants to show his heroics again and he will be desperate to get back to his old ways. Nevertheless, he is having fun with his teammates and bonding with them for the regular season games.

HC Zac Taylor is optimistic about Burrow‘s recovery and he will be back on the field soon. The star QB looks ready to start the training that helps him recover fast. The management would be hopeful for him to feature in a few late pre-season games if his recovery happens faster.
