One Chiefs player did some things that may fly under the radar

Unless you have been living under a rock the last week, you probably know by now the Kansas City Chiefs‘ new weapon they received at the trade deadline.

Kadarius Toney, the second-year receiver out of Florida, was recently dealt to the Kansas City Chiefs from the New York Giants. In other words, Toney was recently dealt to the Chiefs for Patrick Mahomes to use in ways we have never seen.

Just, not yet.

It takes time to learn any offense, let alone an Andy Reid offense, let alone an Andy Reid’s offense in the middle of a season.

However, he is a professional football player, which means he will get it done, it will just take a bit. That is a huge reason you didn’t see him a ton against the Tennessee Titans.

I will say, though, when Toney was in, he was extremely effective, which can be a glimpse at just what the Chiefs will have moving forward.

Toney was able to have some great routes, which some resulted in a catch. And, he also had some pretty impressive blocks, along with moments of leadership and chemistry.

This kid is going to be special in Kansas City.
