The Kansas City Chiefs‘ 2023 schedule is ripe with exciting games.
While we don’t know the dates of each game on the schedule just yet, we at least know the Chiefs will be playing in some marquee games.
Kansas City is set to host the Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins.
The Chiefs will also visit the New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings, and Green Bay Packers.
One game on the schedule that doesn’t seem so exciting is Kansas City’s road game against the New York Jets.
Aaron Rodgers has received permission to speak with the #Jets, source confirms. Some due diligence. https://t.co/QCP6VSoBYE

Rodgers hasn’t made a decision on his plans in 2023 (playing in Green Bay, asking for a trade, or retiring), but these conversations with the Jets would indicate that he’s at least interested in playing in New York this upcoming season.
With Rodgers, you never truly know where his head is at. He could just be creating more drama because that’s what he seems to love doing.
Either way, there’s a good chance the Chiefs play against Rodgers in 2023 — we just don’t know if it’ll be in the game against the Packers or against the Jets.
Hopefully, we get a Mahomes vs Rodgers matchup regardless of where the game is played.
Seeing Mahomes beat Rodgers in what could be the final matchup between the two legends would certainly be fun for Chiefs fans.
